Proposal/treatments/project outlines

A proposal is an outline on client and audience requirement it asks for the purpose all types of media production require a proposal as it tells the client what you are going to be doing.

Production schedule

A production schedule is a schedule for the production team that is making a film or tv show the schedule show how many people are need at a certain time and the equipment need the production schedule works in a given timeframe. it is a work plan it tells you the personnel it has deadlines all types of media require a production schedule.

Swot analysis

The swot analysis show us the problems we might have how to go further with our clients.

Asset log

An asset log tell us where we are getting our products for example 

callsheet

contact information and it tells us where we are meeting and what we start production 

risk assessment

highlights risk in interview people lifting heavy equipment is there risk involved with the area low risk medium risk and high risk you tell people how you are going to minimize risk

storyboard

what order the audio visual product is in tells us shot type tells us camera movement and clearly outlines what actors are where it includes key sounds tells us which storyboards are used for audio visual media for example animated films, video games, tv shows, films 

script 

scripts tell our actors what to say they are usually used for audio media for example a podcast, radio, video game and a film

Shooting script

A shooting script is what 

Concept art

Logo design and character customization avatar cartoon generally for apps and games and for animated films 

Visualization diagram 

a draft of a poster or a front cover they show you what they are going to look like. on a visualization diagram we identify colours art style font style and types of images. they dont just identfiy these they tell us why we have chosen this for the brief 

Wireframe 

wireframe have image boxes with crosses and text box they tell what image are going to be on there we are also going to use a location in a wireframe it needs to have justification the wireframe would be used of app development.

prototype 

basic version of your product a early working version they might be for a game 

page mock-up 

a page mock-up are for magazines and leaflets it shows you where the text and images are going to go the annotation are going to work for the brief 

set design document

what's mise en scene is there going to be its going to be designed. a set design is a design and plans where everything on set is going to be 

Form

Consent form so that we can have permission to do something for example a consent form to film somewhere

site structure diagram 

is a hierarchy diagram so you can navigate it is a site button
